Sorry but can not happen. Your characters to transfer to D2 (only face, gender and race settings and maybe some emblems if you earned them... NO EQUIPMENT IS TRANSFERED) had to.. Be on the PS4 or XB1. Be using the same account. Have completed the base D1 campaign. All before the end of July 2017 when those characters were copied for use in D2 and any progress after that date no longer counts. You are too late to use them even if you transfered them to the PS4 version of D1 now. Your only option is to create new characters.
