That's one of the reasons I've never joined up on an LFG post.
With the level of idiocy from the less mature around here? It's not worth the chance.
The only way you can control that is by making your own post and refusing to give up fireteam lead for any reason (unless you are done with the group).

I feel the same on a personal note but for sure know that several of our Clanmates frequently lfg with great success.

I think I've told you before about that young guy I played a lot of D1 with and he set up an lfg. I no longer recall the exact circumstances but for some reason early in the run we passed lead to the group that joined us for Crota's End. Was going to be his first completion. At the beginning of the boss they booted him so a buddy could join "us" (which soon became "them" when I bounced out of it). I know our clan and the Xbox guys in the other clan have had plenty of success with it. All it took was that first one being bad for my buddy. As long as our crew makes the post and controls lead of the group then I have no issues. Funny thing was that I got some interesting messages from them after I bounced because they were apparently pretty much clueless for how to run the boss. Almost instant karma bit them in the butt.

Its really rare to see that happen honestly. Out of all the raids ive done. Ive seen 0 players getting kicked before the loots. Only between encounters
