Kick feature should be disabled while in the middle of any raid encounter

not really necessary. I think you should be told in advance that the leader has removed you and maybe have a 5 second timer before it kicks you. That, or improve final encounter loot to immediately go to your inventory/Postmaster, or make the boss checkpoint save at least This kind of thing sucks, but it doesn't happen as often as having a bad and/or negative player that you need to remove. If you can't kick mid-encounter, they could just prolong it or keep starting it, but I think you can kick in wipe screen, so this might not be a problem

I dont see the problem with temporarily disabling the kick feature. If theres someone so problematic in youre fireteam that you need to get them out asap, you can either afford to wipe, or need to restart completely(ie flawless raid). No need to add a 5 second, "you got booted" timer or change where the loot drops. Idk about anyone else but running up to the chest is a small but meaningful part of raids.

Last Wish doesn't have this option due to it being a room filled with chests and you having to manually open it. I do agree that they should abandon keys and chests in Last Wish and just auto reward random items, including 1K.

I think it may be easier for all raid encounters to reward you as you complete them, anyway, rather than having loot drop from a chest and collected manually. If your inventory is full I guess it would go to Postmaster. I don't think this would be a problem even for LW, since it dosen't actually matter which chest you pick
