Increase super energy gained from kills and maybe weapon Orbs won't be needed?

The amount of super that you get from master worked weapons orbs is laughable and people need to remember that. Charged with light is what most people are worried about. Bungie said that a weapons TWAB was coming that would make the changes make since and I hope that's true.
