Congest not ruin. People said the wanted balance well that means everything. This only hurts people who only keep one build and don't use mods at all. People said abilities and the like have no cost so now they do. If the cost is more than 2 than you have to sacrifice if not then no more stacking. Honestly believe that this was more or aimed at pvp than pve because of targeting mods which honestly shouldn't exist in the first place.

Is this a troll post man? Keeping “ 1 “ build. You don’t keep it because of lack of creativity. You run the build because its the best. A la firepower bleak lock, argent ordinance GHorn, protective light, font of might/vex/burning steps etc. a lot of the builds have mods with multiple steps and triggers etc. it not like it’s just one mod that we are forced to switch up.
