Could you tell me which rewards you claimed?
There is a difference between in-game Bungie rewards and Bungie Store related Bungie rewards.
This might affect what mails you get.

Hey, thanks for the reply. Rewards: Engrams, Enhancement Cores, Upgrade Modules, Glimmers and the rewards for completing New Light Quest.

The powerful engram should show up in your postmaster on one of your characters. The Glimmer, Upgrade modules and enhancement cores should either be added directly to your inventory or should be in the postmaster as well. The emblem is in your collections under Flair -> Emblems -> General.
