Or at least change how it tracks. Most abilities are utility instead of directly getting kills, so maybe defeats on an opponent damaged by your ability instead of just ability kills? All I know is it's super dumb to nerf ability cooldowns then have ability kill bounties for IB.

Does it work: not really, but it has been ingrained in my head for too long. Hell, the only way I can reliably get that meter up is from my super, if I don't get sniped or shotgunned out of it first.
