Been having frame rate issues for quite a while now and tried a method to fix them (the first method in the link above), but then I've been getting error code chive but all my drivers are up to date. Found out that somehow all the config files went missing. Verifying integrity of game files didn't help. Tried to reinstall the game but that didn't help either.
