It means that they were limited by the orb generation, now that that is gone they are free to do whatever they want

That's not the same thing as you claimed earlier. Definitely does NOT guarantee it'll be better.

But still “whatever they want” does not mean it will be better than the orb generation. It may not be worth the trade off.

Stop whining and just put the mod on the helmet, finder is not even the main source of ammo and primary is trigering it way more often so you are complaining because of nothing
