I don't understand. The "Override: Last City" has a direct access point from the helm. I don't have a playlist option or anything similar where it would rotate (such as what appeared after I completed the battleground questline). In addition, I have made such attempts over multiple weeks while attempting to research, have been unsuccessful, and the limited legacy content made available for free is only free until the next release (if I am not mistaken).
