Hey,
Mods are not single use, once in your collections they are there for good. I have checked your collections and I can see you have Adept Blast Radius, Charge Time, Impact and Reload so you have not lost them. Only certain weapons can have certain mods applied to them e.g. Adept Blast radius can only go on Grenade launchers and Rocket Launchers and Adept Impact can only go on Swords so as you have described, trying to put a Charge Time mod (Fusion Rifles only) on the Igneous Hammer will not work and the mod wont even show up.

I wasn't aware I could require them (I've never had to do it before so the thought didn't occur to me ^^"). I'll be sure to check my collections in game to get them back in that case! I am aware that stats that don't go to certain weapons shouldn't show up (why I was seriously confused as to why I was allowed to equip a blast mod on a sniper lol). Though this evening I was trying to put an Impact mod on my hand cannon. Thank you for clearing this up though! :)

I went to check. I can't re-aquire the mods. Yes, it shows I have them but I can't find Adept Impact when I go to my A. Swarm or A.Hand Cannons under the mods section of my weapons. So something is definitely wrong there.

Hey again, They appear in your collections but you do not need to reacquire them, adept impact is ONLY for swords so try to put it on an adept sword. Here is a link for the complete guide on adept mods. https://www.thegamer.com/destiny-2-adept-mods-explained/
