Bungie will not disable cross save for you. You will have to wait until the lockout period has ended.

Yes I understand this however I am basically locked out as I don’t have my pc account with the characters. I have had friends have the same issue and their issue was resolved within some days by bungie even though the had the silver lockout. Please help me with deactivating so I can play again.

In the past, Bungie would manually make cross save changes, but that is something they no longer do. You will have to wait out the lockout period, as I said.
