I agree. She could well be the leader of Savathun’s forces in Witch Queen. I would speculate that she has something to do with the death of Ikora and the the severe maiming of Zavala. Read the Dark Future Lore .

In the Dark Future, Eris lead the Hive, Ikora died, and Zavala’s arm was ripped off. I’d rather Eris be a red herring but it’s entirely possible for her to join the dark side.
