Have you checked the kiosk between the vaults to see if the cyphers are there? They should be on the far left of the Forsaken section.

Hey! I did indeed, and I do have the three free Forsaken exotic cyphers, but I was talking about the regular ol exotic cypher that used to be awarded before it went FTP.

It's been so long I can't recall getting one myself but you have the 3 free cyphers as well as the ones from Xur and season pass 😄
