Are Refunds available for Witch Queen on PS4?

Currently the extremely rampant cheating, manipulating, exploitation and down right lying is the worst I’ve seen it. No Ban-Hammers it just seems to be the norm on D2 these days. I preordered day ONE for the Witch Queen plus the Anniversary addition but this is just BAD. I hope those who continue playing enjoy themselves but I don’t see the LIGHT anymore so is there a Refund option or will this be my last bend over and take it from Bungie? I’m on PlayStation and I’ve never asked for a REFUND before for ANY game.     I'm the same I pre-ordered day one and have found that since then I've played destiny about for maybe 6 hours... I'm just sort of done with it. I don't have friends that play it and my work schedule plus time zone make it incredibly difficult for me to even find groups on forums so I gave up and accepted being a solo player a long time ago. I'm from the UK but I highly doubt that's gonna be the difference maker if when you called up they can't refund it cause its been more that 14 days for me to (which is stupid cause its a preorder but sure I guess). Glad I found this here instead of wasting time trying to spend hours getting ahold of Sony during this holiday period. I guess I'm the same enjoy my £90 Bungie and I've always agreed with the idea to not support preorders especially digital ones cause there's not limitation but as OP said I'm the same with them I'm not pre-ordering from them again. Thxs OP Again for having this information avaible to be seen! 👍
