Can't deactivate Cross Save because Steam Account doesn't exist anymore

I can't deactivate Cross Save because my Steam account doesn't exist anymore... Was trying to connect my old 2014 steam account to Bungie Cross Save, but stupidly deleted the other Steam Account that was currently linked to the Cross Save, and now can't authenticate, Therefore not being able to deactivate Cross Save...

That account is forever linked to your deleted Steam Account and cannot be unlinked by Bungie or Valve
