It’s not crazy or radical to acknowledge and or celebrate the existence of trans people, nor is it crazy or radical to point out the inequality and police brutality perpetuated against black communities. Being progressive doesn’t mean simply tolerating minority groups, it means supporting and lifting up marginalized groups because if oppression is tolerated one day you will be the one being oppressed and no one will be left to speak up for you.
