There are no log ins at bungie.net. When you log in here you are logging in with credentials from PSN, XBox, Steam, or Stadia. If their log in credentials are no longer working then they need to work with whichever platform the credentials belong to fix it.

Hi i cannot delete items or move armour or weapons on any of my characters. I delete something go out of character and go back in said delete item is still there.i have no connection issues or anything like that.cleared my cache and reset my router same old same old cannot play the game like this HELP PLS someone.

When you log in it asks you the platform to use, you pick PSN, XBox, Steam or Stadia and log in so it doesn't change my original response. There literally is no log in for Bungie, your log in on the site and the companion app are external platform accounts.

I would suggest your friend create their own post so people can look at the profile they are posting from and they can post the name or names of the various platform accounts they own.
