It was never said in the patch notes but knockout is now no longer elemental, and is no longer activating the mod Melee Wellmaker. I hope this is just a bug because with the change to knockout (Knockout Melee lunge range and melee damage bonus now deactivate after a melee kill) and this as well knockout in pve is useless.
