Hey there. Some of the achievements are tied to the Forsaken expansion and can only be unlocked by pass holders, even if it achieveable on F2P. The Gambit one is one of them. Do you own Forsaken?

Ah that explains it. No I don't own Forsaken. I wonder how this will be changed after Forsaken is no longer available when the Witch expansion drops. Thanks EckyThump.
