Okay, I had something similar. I had to pick up the intro quest and play through it a bit to get to a point to meet him, even though I’m on a Day 1 character. Might have been from me moving from PlayStation to Xbox and not buying the game again (just Witch Queen and 30th Anniversary) and it thinking I was a newbie. Maybe because it’s not on gamepass now? But I had to play through the opening quest line from the Kiosk by the postmaster to actually have Han appear now, even though he was there before the anniversary. My only thought. Was my situation. Might not be the same for you though. 🤷🏼‍♂️
