Will the old Outbreak ornaments (Patient Zero and Pandemic) ever be sold in Eververse again?

I've been wanting these for over a year ever since I got Outbreak and it's become my favorite weapon since then. I can't find anything online but I'm gonna take a wild guess and say they don't drop in Bright Engrams. Will these ornaments ever be sold again in Eververse? Like how Thorn's Wishes of Sorrow ornament was sold again?

If you go to ornaments on the weapon itself, you have the option to buy them.
