I am kind of scared financially that a dungeon and an exotic is $25… But the content is good. Al of it. The new perks, weapons, activities etc are solid. The thing that blew my mind.. is playing with halo style weapons on the destiny engine is amazing. Really dated halo infinite to me. Two different games and not knocking halo.. but they definitely feel and play amazing in comparison.

  • Most people are more focused on the dungeon and exotic, but the pack is more than just those two things. The pack also lets you get the thorn armor for all three classes, and get the two full armor ornament sets for all three classes. A sparrow, a ghost, and a ship, and I think an mote or two. Basically that’s three ornament sets per class, so 9 total. Even if you don’t count the thorn armor, that’s still 6 or ornament sets. If they instead went into Eververse that would be $12-$15 per set. Even rounded down to $10 each that’s $60 just for the ornaments. Maybe we could have bought some of this stuff with Brightdust, but I prefer getting it by playing the activities. While cosmetics aren’t necessarily “content” they are a nice carrot added to the grind for weapon rolls, and make for a much better sense of progression for replaying the same activities.

  • 100%.. I think longevity since dungeons are now separate purchases. I am in… just where is the ceiling Definitely not upset with my purchase though.
