And we’ve already covered that you have access to that.

Who has a higher win rate, an lfg team or a matchmade team?

    I can't answer your question because I don't play PvP (which I already stated TWICE), which means I have no clue what the win rate is for each of the situations you mention. That said, even if LFG has a higher win rate (as you say it has) it also means that MM ALSO has a win rate, which means it works and it's a viable option for those that want to use it.

Only which one is higher matters. In pvp, regardless of if you lose or not, you complete the match. That’s not how pve works though. Losing in pve is failing the activity. It doesn’t end and you get nothing. Do you know why lfg has a higher win rate than matchmade teams?
