Have fun eating only soft foods for 3 days. Sleeping sucks too.
I had what was called “supernumerical teeth.” Basically I had extra teeth growing up under my tongue (they were growing from the insides of my gums, right where your tongue rests). When I got my wisdom teeth removed, they also took those ones out. So I was left with 10 stitches in my mouth, 6 of which were under my tongue. This meant that I had to keep my tongue lifted so I didn’t put pressure on the stitches. It kinda sucked ngl

For me I never recalled them warning me about stitches. They told me to press the gauze against the wound for 30 minutes and to do that a lot to form a clot. I didn't even know they used stitches until I looked it up a year later. Didn't even feel them.

Eating soft foods shouldn't be a problem, sleeping and pain once the numbness goes away concerns me a bit though Also that teeth under tongue thing sounds like it really sucked, can't lie
