Understandable take, I’d agree. You being put off for that reason specifically makes sense. I think there is also something to be said on companies virtue signaling in general.
However the way the OP responded to it was what I took issue with. A transgender person isn’t political. There is no debate there on if that was okay for them to decide to do that with their body.
Them seeing the splash screen and getting upset because they don’t agree with transgender people is just hateful.

Oh yeah, OP over reaction on a splash screen is for sure out of line. I just wish if Bungie was gonna wave these "social flags" around as a badge of merit asking for a good boy button, then they wouldn't cherry pick the issues based on a social agenda. Not saying that one groups problems are more important than another's, but pick and choose your battles at appropriate times as a company. If its Veterans Day, maybe talk about veterans instead of Trans Rights in a TWAB. After all, military appreciation only gets awareness about two times a year it seems, Memorial Day and Veterans Day.

For sure. On a side note, my dad used to be in the US Navy as well, it’d be greatly appreciated if they celebrated you guys at some point and drew awareness to the neglect there. Not enough people go to bat for vets and it’s a shame.

Thanks, I really appreciate you saying that.
