Ok I cleared the cache and checked the postmaster and my vault. Not there either. When I first acquired them and switched pages, I went back to the forsaken tab to use them and found 3 ascendant shards instead.

Hi again, you can exchange the Forsaken Ciphers for the Ascendant Shards if you already own all Forsaken Exotics. Could you hover over them or another unclaimed Forsaken Exotic and provide a screenshot of the pop-up that occurs? Imgur or Twitter links work best.

It didnt give me an option to convert them to ascendant shards, i didnt get a warning or nothing. As you can see in the screenshots i only have one Forsaken exotic and would rather have the cyphers.

Hi again, did you have those 3 Ascendant Shards prior to today? You may have accidentally exchanged your 3 Forsaken Ciphers for the 3 available Ascendant Shards that are offered to players as a secondary option to redeeming their Ciphers for weapons.

I didnt, thats probably what happened though when i switched from and back to the forsaken tab i wasnt able to use the exotic cyphers and only able to pick up the shards.
