Do you have Destiny 2 stored on a Hard Drive, or SSD?
(I have a sneaking suspicion that your hard drive is dieing.)

Do you even have a hard drive? Also yes and no. And since it is on an SSD that leads me to believe it is something else, though not outside the realm of possibility to be a bad controller in your SSD. Though more likely not the case.
