Help app wont allow push notifications :(

I have a fire tablet one of the new ones and it wont allow any bounty purchases. I have enabled / disabled push notifications and all I get is the following error :-FAILED TO REGISTER PUSH NOTIFICATIONS. I just cant fix this :(

Same no bounties and no joining fire teams it's pretty much ruined the game for me since I can't lfg at all and can't do anything
