I have a very good friend that I've been gaming with for 12+ years. He finally said enough and won't pick up Destiny 2 again. Was it because he's a racist or a -blam!- or whatever? Absolutely not! It's because this is a game where splash screens that promote anything outside the game really aren't necessary.

^ This is not a true story.
-
5 bucks says he logs in tomorrow.
-
Nope I wont take that bet, I’d owe you $5 😂
-
and he's genderphobic to boot.
-
If you quit because of a splash screen about trans people, you might not like trans people very much lmao.
-
It really has very little to do with the trans community and more about the game being a game without agenda's, either implied or actual, being part of said game.
-
boohoo, I hate it when transgender people/supporters push the horrible agenda of “hey, can you stop ostracizing us, thanks”.
-
So your friend quit the game because of a splash screen? That is just...
-
Seems like a snowflake
-
He quit because of agenda's that aren't part of the game being splashed on the game screen. It's not one single occurrence, it's a culmination of things that don't belong in the game.
-
The scary agenda of trans people exist. How will he every recover from that.
-
Is this like your girlfriend in canada? because your friend seems morally weak
-
What is morals? It depends on were you are and which time you live in. Please do not put your morals (or lack of) on other people. You are being just a intolerant ans the people you are against.
-
Did he go into his panic room after he turned the game off? Sounds like a bit of an overreaction.
-
This is a joke right? He quit this game, after trudging through years of play, but this this support for trans people A splash screen dismissed with a single button press was just taking it wayyy too far?
-
lol. yes!
-
im sorry if he stopped playing the game just because of that he really needs to get a grip
