2 Week PvP restriction in error

Today when I logged into my account I was greeted with a message telling me I have been a bad guardian and I will not be allowed to play any pvp matches for 2 weeks. I have no idea why I has this ban on my account I live in a major us city, have fiber internet, that's hard wired into my condo so I do not have or need a modem, I am on a PS5 and connect via wireless but my router is 12 inch away from my PS5 so the connection strength is 100%. My wife and I play together 99% of the time, her setup is the same as mine we even game in the same room, the only time in the last month where I wasn't in her fireteam was last weekend I played trials solo for the first time. I have never received any warning about my connection before that I can recall. My internet speeds are over 150 up and down my ping is always under 10ms every time I check it. I do not think this ban is legit and giving no warnings before issuing a ban seems harsh. Can someone explain what more I can do if all my tests show I have a stable connection and I experience no lag issues with any players.
