I see you play through an AV receiver, https://www.marantz.com/en-us/product/av-receivers/sr6012 Tried plugging the computer directly to the monitor/TV?

Civ V was having some resolution scaling/DPI issues so I had to keep force closing it through task manager while I did some trial and error to find the settings that worked. It's a common problem known to occur with Civ V on Windows 10 when trying to run at 4k.... But that has nothing to do with Destiny 2?... Also "no problems foun on any tab" was referring to this part of the report
------------ DxDiag Notes ------------ Display Tab 1: No problems found. Sound Tab 1: No problems found. Sound Tab 2: No problems found. Sound Tab 3: No problems found. Sound Tab 4: No problems found. Sound Tab 5: No problems found. Input Tab: No problems found.
I could try plugging my PC into my TV directly and see if that changes anything for Destiny, but I highly doubt it... that would be a very strange reason for the game to suddenly start crashing after an update.
