I've been posting about this problem since it began just after crossplay. It's a problem on Android and iOS and the website. If it isn't in breach of CoC the ninjas and mods couldn't be bothered, because they can't swing the ban hammer. The other thing is clan founder's and admins need to get behind these posts, but don't. If this isn't resolved sooner rather than later, the whole idea of clans can be scrapped, because there is no way you can effectively manage a clan without knowing the comings and goings of members.
