1. Please be careful of the terminology you use.
A ban is complete removal from the game for cheating.
A pvp restriction is for pvp alone and is for 2 weeks first time and 2 months every time after... normally issued for lagging in game ruining matches for others.
A pvp suspension is 30min to a hour issued for leaving too many comp, Gambit or Trials matches for ANY reason be it Internet issues, acts of nature, little brothers or just trying to get out of losing match.
2. You blame Battleye... nope that does not have anything to do with restrictions or suspensions.
You say you stayed connected to the Internet but how good was your Internet signal quality.
If you are restricted from pvp it was because you were reported by other players and after a investigation by Bungie staff issued a warning which you ignored so another warning with a restriction issued.

So question I did discover a problem with my vires protection was making me lag out because it was scanning as I played but I fix that problem a month ago. So I fix that problem and my question is that since of the past one's will affect if I if the game disconnects?

If you disconnect it will only affect comp, Gambit or Trials matches which will issue a 30min suspension (short time out) which is for leaving matches for ANY reason If you are talking about If you suffer from lag in the future .. yes. The first restriction is 2 weeks but if Bungie has to step in again all future restrictions last 2 months.

ok I get the disconnect comp thing, but I rarely leave games. I did get a warning bad connection and I fix it; the game was smoother and everything. But if Battle Eye does not affect it then since the game disconnected once I am band. My computer is a nice setup and very thing I am running an ethernet cord plugged in and everything. I know, I am not the best with computers but if you know where I can get answers please help because I don't understand why? I put a lot of time and money into this game just to be band for a mistake that I fixed. That is why I am here is because I know people have answers that I don't.
