Ok so i ordered something of the store nearly a month
i tried too track the item and it takes me too a window with my tracking number which is useless because it doesnt show me where it is
i emailed customer service multiple times and i got the same generic response of check the shipping update.
but the product is shipped already so anyone got a solution too actually get a real update or how too contact an actual bungie person and not a generic reply
(ive ordered before and it came with in the 4-6 working days but this has been nearly a month)

Depending on what country and what your shipment value is it may be stuck in Customs for duty-related issues. Customs are notorious for being slow and what with Covid as well is putting them under pressure as well.
