If you could create an exotic armor ornament, what would you make?
If you could create an ornament for any exotic armor piece in Destiny 2, What would you make and what would you call it?
I'll go first....
I would make a sleak "beetle" themed ornament for the exotic Hunter gauntlets, known as the Liar's Handshake. The blade on the hand would be replaced by a single decorative chrome beetle.
And I would call this ornament: Punch Buggy.

Not armor but if i had done le monarque ornament I would have added vines twisting around the two ends meeting in the center They would be covered in thorns and a few small flower bulbs which would emit the same poison explosion on head shots, however on a much smaller scale to keep from being to obnoxious Would also change the arrow to be made of the same vines and the tip be made of a bunch of thorns clumped together, it would have the feathers at the end be made of a few flowers as well Vines would be green with the peddles be a dark purple(same as the explosion color) The vines a flowers would still change with shadwrs to always players to make it either look organic or as though made of something synthetic

[u]OathKeeper:[/u] ornament, [u]WishGranter:[/u] on the shoulder it has white fur. On the arm a small Arhamkara raps around the arm. The feast of the arm is full of bone white scale plating.

You know the exotic helmet for the titan called the one eyed mask? I would like to make an ornament for that. Something like a one eyed hairy creature like looking thingy. I have also big dreams for all exotic helmets. An ornament for all exotic helmets in the game. The ornament will change the look of any exotic helmet into a huge middle finger. That's it, just a big chunky middle finger in your head. You've probably seen something like it in spy kids movie called thumb thumbs, but this one is just the middle finger. I'll call it the middle.

And just for the sake of it : sweet business made to look like a GAU-8 Deathbringer to have Olive green paint on it with nuclear symbols and a sight similar to dragons breath from D1 ( I’ve always compared deathbringer to a MIRV ICBM as it carries a warhead and then splits and tracks targets)

A more space magic techy looking Graviton Lance, my fav exotic. I like the bright pink and white one a lot, especially the rail effect when ads. But I'd LOVE a really weird space magic inspired one. Edit: woops, you said armor... oh well x) -
I would give the exotic armor catalysts they promised 2 years ago before I make any other ornaments....

As for me I'd prefer to see an ornament for Omnioculus which gives passing reference to the works of HP Lovecraft. an exotic chest plate that has cloak material build onto it in the style of a poncho and would clip and mix with your equipped cloak... that and for assassins cowl having a hood built onto it that overrides your equipped cloaks hood

An ornament for Felwinters helm called “daddy issues” where it’s the same helm but horribly mangled with Siva covering it.

Ornament for Frostees hunter boots that look more mechanical, no tubes tho or colors that aren't effected by shaders. Sprinting would still cause them to frost over but the longer you sprint the frost would go higher and higher up until you are full covered in frost.

A beetle on a Hunter gauntlet? We got that in D1. Its in D2 already. It's called Khepris Sting.

1 ReplyAn ornament for Verity's Brow that makes it NOT look like a piece of moldy bread stapled to my face would be great. Not sure what it could be, though. An ornament for Assassin's Cowl that replaces the blue glowy veil with Christmas lights would be great for Dawning. An ornament for Cuirass of the Falling Star that adds a jetpack would also be cool.
