Nice move selling dungeons one at a time, new low for bungo. What’s next exotics for sale , planets, etc… Thanks for our 30th anniversary gifts for our loyalty for the past yrs. Oh I forgot 30 th anniversary $25/ cash grab. Nice of you.

  • the anniversary is over priced with the all cosmetics the added inside all the community know that but the dungeons is totally fine, if you don't buy the full pack ( the price is the near the same every year) you can buy the dungeon worth 1 season of loot

  • Perhaps you are new to Destiny so I will inform you that you will always have to pay for new exotics, planets, and dungeons, it's called DLC and there is one big one about every 12 months. The Witch Queen deluxe edition comes with everything coming out next year, including the 2 new dungeons, for $80 and for $100 you get the 30th anniversary pack as well. If this doesn't work for you then my suggestion is that you play something else within your budgetary restraints.

Destiny DLC when it comes to some other games are small for the amount we pay for vs other games. So when you say "a big one every 12 months" Yeah, while some other companies give expansions for free as well that are larger than any D2 DLC. It doesn't sound like a deal at all.

  • Are you comparing apples to apples, or apples to oranges? If it is an FPS, then I would enjoy you giving me an example. If it is an RPG like FF14, which has an actual monthly fee and is $56 more a year without an expansion, and also doesn't require nearly as much texturing, then that's a lot different.

  • Is it though? If the dungeons were a $1 a piece, you think Mr. Self Righteous here wouldn't buy them because it's against his principles? It all comes down to money. Everyone in this community is pissed because they have to spend money but when you look at the pricing for every year of D2 it has been between $75-100 for the yearly content, this year hitting the upper limits because of the 30th Anniversary pack. Every year it's the same bullsh!t, complaining about how Bungie did them wrong (i.e., this year's big stink was stasis ruined my PvP experience) and needs to give them everything for free. This guy is not out here campaigning to save us all money, he is out here trying to save his own wallet, he doesn't give a sh!t what happens to you or me.

  • Nope, not the point. Cuz it's not even a dollar amount issue. The dungeon is only available in the deluxe and the deluxe-30th Combo. So, it's not part of the dlc. It's buried in a specific bundle - and that's sleazy AF.

  • If you are talking about the dungeons for next year, it was already stated they would be sold separately. It is just less expensive to buy them in the bundle.

OP post line 1: talks about dungeons being sold, well there has only ever been 1 free dungeon-so that's about money OP post line 2: implying Bungie is going to nickel and dime us over planets, exotics, etc., well every yearly DLC comes with those things-so that's about money OP post line 3: sarcastically thanks Bungie for not giving OP free "gifts" for the anniversary even though no one has played any of it yet-that is about not getting free sh!t from Bungie OP post line 4: complaining about paying $25 for the anniversary pack-so that is about money His whole diatribe is about money, not principles. I will reiterate this is nothing more than someone complaining about not getting things for free and having to pay for them. I hope that explains how I came to my conclusions from this small post.
