App says [User] left clan ( IOS app so far )
The App doesn’t show the name of the person who leaves the clan when they do.
This has been an ongoing issue and has not been resolved.

1 ReplyI've been posting about this problem since it began just after crossplay. It's a problem on Android and iOS and the website. If it isn't in breach of CoC the ninjas and mods couldn't be bothered, because they can't swing the ban hammer. The other thing is clan founder's and admins need to get behind these posts, but don't. If this isn't resolved sooner rather than later, the whole idea of clans can be scrapped, because there is no way you can effectively manage a clan without knowing the comings and goings of members.

This is an annoying problem. In the past when someone joined or left the clan, the name was displayed. Now it is difficult to welcome a new member if you don’t know whom it is. It is also a problem when someone leaves the clan, you can’t do a follow up with them to see why they left. Our clan usually has 90 plus members, so keeping track of who joined or left is made more difficult. Please fix this!

1 ReplyThis absolutely needs to be fixed. There is no way to reconcile who is in your discord and who left. How has this been broken this long?
