As with all purchases initially, you need to seek a refund from the company you bought from. Bungie is a developer, not a retailer.

I understand that; it’s the how and where on the PS4 do I accomplish that…. As I stated I’ve never asked for a refund before!

Playstation has a support/contact feature. Use it to speak to their support to ask for a refund if available.

I looked under "Settings" on the PS4; is it under or within some Specific section? or is this something that needs to be done on the Sony or PlayStation website?

It’s called using Google & search for “playstation refund”. It’s not rocket science to figure it out.

Thank you! That’s what I was looking for and thanks for NOT being TOXIC it was merely a question that others can’t seem to handle which is again why I said to others who enjoy this cool, I’m looking for a little time away until something changes. Not trying to bash the the game but I’m sure I’ll return at some point just want a break for now.
