Doesn't Proton VPN's Split Tunneling work on an "enable list"? Other VPN softwares' Split Tunneling give you the option to either exclude some exe's from running through the VPN (that's how you are doing it) or to enable VPN only on selected exe's (and everything else works though your normal connection).

Proton VPN has a switch where you can include or exclude an exe or IPv4. I'm thinking that this problem needs to be solved by reversing the VPN to an include list, and have everything work off the include vs. the exclude. But I really don't want to have to add 50 plus apps to my include list.
