Went to play after last week's reset and was greeted with incredibly slow loading times and severe lag. After this past week's reset, I thought maybe the issue would be fixed. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing slow loading and extreme lag. I also began to experience Chicken codes sometimes. I have double-checked Steam, Destiny, GeForce, and my Windows software and they are all up to date. Nothing else is running in the background and it doesn't seem like my laptop is working hard to play it. I don't think it's a wifi issue since I tested with another wifi source along with my personal hotspot. I have no idea whether it is an issue with Steam, Destiny, my PC, or Bungie. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. If it helps, I have an 8th gen Intel Core i7, more than enough storage and RAM, and the latest update for the GeForce Game Ready Driver. Also, my laptop has supported and ran Destiny perfectly fine for the past year and a half, so I have no idea why it's not working now.
