Looks like you need to eguip the champion mod on your gauntlets. Also, your bow is kinda low level.

I haven’t found a new one since this dlc unfortunately but this one isn’t stunning them anyways. It won’t let me level it up past this level.

You need to equip the champion mod from your artifact for bows to stun Overload champions. You’ll get a new bow eventually.

And that bow is sunset so you won’t be able to infuse it. Sorry.
