1. It takes more than reports..
Reports just flag your account for investigation by Bungie staff and from what you said you have has THREE investigations which all found reason fir Bungie to take action.
2. You admit to poor Internet so while you say "I stay away from 6v6" (even with some IB matches this month under your belt) does not mean you are not ruining matches for others.
3. If you have not heard anything after a week then Bungie staff have reviewed your appeal and upheld their decision to restrict you from pvp activities.
So either..
Stay completely away from all pvp
Or.
Fix your Internet.
Those are your options.
Just be glad that Bungie has changed their policy over restrictions as next time Bungie needs to step in again it will only be another 2 month restriction not the old permanent pvp restriction.

I played around 10 Iron banner at a friends house with a good internet, I, -blam!-, Do NOT, Play mods where I lag at, it's not funny to shoot and having bullets that does not register. I DO NOT LAG, in 3v3, gambit, etc. How hard is that to understand ? Fix my internet meaning moving away for that house ? Because yeah, there is nothing I can do about it, I'm far from the relay, I have the best I can have, yet it's not enough for this peer2peer PvP game it seems, lmao. Fiber should arrive, someday, I paid enough taxes for that, but my country is f'ed at this point. And yet, for you guys it seems legit to tempo ban someone who DOES NOT LAG in the mods he plays, it just blow my mind, you understand that they don't care if you lick their asses on their forum ? Again, I got banned due to massive reports, people emotes me and shoot my dead body, it should be revolting no ? Someone showing up as trans in they/them nickname being bullied AND banned by bungie after that and you are not revolted ? It's all fine ? I though we were not discriminatory here !

Yes you do lag. You should not play at all if you have a crappy internet. Hope you'll get banned indefinitely for this.
