Same here! I'm on the PS4- me and my dad play from time to time and he's on the PS5 he didn't have the problem but I did- not sure if it's linked but I wasn't having this problem till I joined his fire team so we could play some Gambit together, it would occasionally fixed itself when I died but not always..

Im on ps5 and i can tell you it does... if i change any gear while loaded into an instance thats it, im f'n invisible the entire instance... I DONT CARE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE I JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME! any acknowledgment would be super
