Temporarily restricted without reason
Why is it that I put all my time into this game and thousands of dollars on add-ons and I get temporarily restricted without a reason and then it takes a long time to actually try and get in touch with someone and hope that the temporary restriction is removed would it be fair if I ask for every single dime that I’ve spent on this game back until the restriction is lifted then I could give all the funds when the restriction is lifted I feel that that would be fair because I paid for this game so therefore I should have a reason why I am temporarily Restricted can someone please help me

Run the test and see if you are in fact getting "The Best". Ping and Jitter are most important and the download and upload at minimum should be 5 and 5 but quality of the signal must be 100% perfect.

5 RepliesNo. Getting a temporary refund simply because you got restricted isn’t a valid reason for refunding. Doing so could cause more issues with your account rather than just not playing pvp activities for a temporary period. Most restrictions are due to having connection issues…be it slow, unstable, or laggy.
