Hey there. If you mean Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 powerfuls, these cap at 1,320, so do Prime Engrams. 1,320 is the 'powerful cap' so none of those can go above it.
To progress further you need to earn 'pinnacle' rewards. Have you been doing those? Vault of Glass is the best, and Iron Banner's bounties offer it too.

hi! yes I did all the events. literally all and the only equipment I gained were below or equal to the 1320 power level.
