Bungie can only fix what's bugged
You just have bad RNG

They could give us some bad luck protection, we shouldn't have to spend hundreds of hours trying to get ONE gun

I have done 29 clears myself and got nothing. Yes it is annoying and disheartening. I'm at the point where I just load the game up, do 3 Atheon cps and then turn it off. It is disgusting how some players get it attempt 1 and others after 100+ clears. And there is even talk of it being nerfer...when no body has the damn thing.

Well I can tell you now from experience that falls down on Bungie an RNG is a variable that is set in a pile of code, if its faulty enough to never recieve a specific weapon then it faults under the catergory of bugged. Games will constantly hide behind it being unpredictable and its a cop out and given the fact destinys track record with coding is a little out of sorts id say its not a coinsidence that peoples RNGs are busted.

But still it's not a bug, just bad RNG So Bungie can't fix anything there, something could of course be changed And know your feeling, I didn't really want the Vex last season because it was just bad I got it quickly anyway, but 3 of my raid team don't have the Vex yet, but one of them got the Vex 6 times out of around 50 completions I didn't want the Vex a second time and I don't want to get it either, but some have bad and do good RNG

It's not bugged it's just that every single time, even if you run it a million times ... you have a chance to NOT get it. If you don't like the odds of the Vex, don't go to Vegas
