Ban or Restriction, if he submitted an appeal he did all he could. If he got nothing back something was found on Bungie side to justify the ban. Why isn't he the one asking, was something running in the background that wasn't supposed to?

Oh he already did the petition thing, I just couldn't find anything about timeframes for review anywhere, and I wanted my buddy to be able to farm adept pali's this week. Alas, bungo is being bungo.
