Some of these are really cool! I love the idea of Sturm overcharges stunning unstoppable champions and making drang stun overloads.
Some of these definitely wouldn't be balanced, and I don't agree with making exotics far outclass legendaries in too many situations just because they're exotics, but some of these do seem fairly balanced, and the ones that aren't are still cool ideas that could just use some tuning or cutting down.
PS, you forgot Skyburner's Oath. I mean come on, bonus range on a scout rifle with explosive rounds? I would much rather it be handling to switch between ADS and hipfire faster, plus unstoppable rounds when hipfiring and anti-barrier rounds when ADS (note that unstoppable and anti-barrier make the most sense because Cabal have both of those champion types).

Yeah, I’ll admit that I was only thinking about changes that would make me want to use the weapons rather than what would just improve them, so I didn’t keep balance as #1 priority. I like your idea for Skyburner’s Oath, though. Pretty lame catalyst as it is right now, and giving anti champion elements would help a lot of weapons. Also, I realized I forgot DARCI as well lol. Just goes to show how much some weapons need improvements to even be memorable, let alone viable.

Yeah I understand. Better to come up with something interesting first and tune it later than come up with something lame off the bat like they have now.
