I had a macro but i never used it and i had a cheatprogram but why should Battle Eye ban me for having one that only modifys the SAO games?

While it may be for another game it is known... Some cheat programs interact with any active game and can affect it's processes like it is programmed to do. Bungie is very protective of their game so anything that touches it is subject to a ban. Also a common trick for cheat creators is to disguise a program to fool anti-cheat systems into believing it is for a different game. So any cheat program is targeted for a ban. This is all covered in D2's terms and conditions which you agreed to when you first started to play the game.

The weird thing is i made a other account and after 50 minuts battle eye found another problem and kicked me with the errorcode Plum i uninstalled my cheatprogram and i deleted my Macro so now i don't know anything that caused the Ban

You need to start and use your task manager before you play Destiny and check what is running.
